Vegan Fresh Pasta Masterclass: Recreate Italian Classic Recipes With A Plantbased Twist

They say life is too short to make fresh pasta but maybe because I am Italian it’s by far one of my favourite therapeutic activities and once you have mastered the skills you will want to make it over and over again! 

And yes, you can totally make fresh pasta without using eggs! In this masterclass I will show you step by step how to make the perfect homemade vegan tagliatelle and ravioli without the use of any animal products. 

You will also learn how to make vegan pesto all Genovese and my favourite Italian comfort food, a classic lasagna with the best dairy free bechamel sauce and meat free ragu.

And to finish the class on a sweet note I will teach how to make the ultimate vegan tiramisu which is the ultimate decadent Italian dessert. 

We are finishing off the class by sitting down for lunch and enjoying all the incredible dishes we made.  

The cost of the cooking class is £125 instead of £145 for early birds (offer available only until the 1st of June 2023) and all attendees will go away with a goodie bag with a selection of my favourite plant-based treats and wellness products to enjoy at home + a copy of my my latest cookbook (retail price £25).

Itinerary

10.00am

  • Welcome tea & coffee and introduction

10.30am – 2.00pm

  • Fresh Pasta Dough – I will show how easy is to make fresh pasta without using any eggs. 
  • Fresh Ravioli with a creamy tofu and spinach filling – served with a mushroom & stage sauce 
  • Fresh Tagliatelle 
  • Fresh Genovese Pesto 
  • Classic Lasagna with a creamy dairy free besciamel sauce and the my “meat eater approved” plant-based ragu 
  • My ultimate Vegan Tiramisu 

2.00pm – 3.30pm

  • Lunch! We can finally sit down to enjoy all the incredible recipes we just made! I will also served a zesty insalata verde to go with our main dishes.

3.30pm – 3.45pm

  • Goodie bags and farewell
