My 4 Week Summer Meal Plan consists of 4 healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners each week plus a separate chapter with 7 of my favourite super easy and quick snacks & desserts. The meal plan is designed for 1 person but you can also double or multiple the quantities if you are in a couple or you are cooking for a family.
This meal plan is meant to be flexible in order to fit your lifestyle and preferences so even though is 100% plant based feel free to add some animal protein of choice if is that what you prefer.
I have tested this meal plan myself for the whole 4 weeks and I absolutely loved how it made me feel. My energy levels were through the roof, my digestion was improved and may skin was glowing. I cannot wait for you to try it!
